Gold Club Homes has been renting my house since January of 2008. They have been extremely helpful and wonderful to me Clayton always finds me a tenant when I need it most. I never had to deal with the tenants because the rent is collected by Gold Club Homes and deposited directly into my account. Gold Club Homes also takes care of finding the proper professional to fix issues with the house, such as plumbing, changing light bulbs, fixing garage doors ....y ou name It. I'd like to let Gold Club know how satisfied I am with your property management services. As an out-of-town property owner, I can't compensate for shortcomings in a property management service. If things aren't handled, they go wrong.

But I haven't had any problems in the 2+ years that Gold Club has been handling my home. All issues are handled promptly and I get plenty of advance notice. The monthly revenue comes in like clockwork, and on my own personal drive-bys and inspections of the property, it remains in good condition. There are no complaints from my former neighbors, who can still contact me.

Combined with Gold Club's sage advice on the state of the rental market and going rates, I am very happy with the service that Gold Club provides.
